Call for Papers

・Applications for oral and poster presentations must be submitted online through the "Presentation Submission" page according to the Template and Guideline.
・Both oral and poster presenters must be members of the Japan Wood Research Society unless they are invited to this meeting by the Society.
・When you are not a member of the Society, first of all, please register for participation and apply for presentation. Then, please apply for membership from here. If you are a non-member who will apply to “Student membership”, please check “A Guide to the Campaign System” for the Student membership at the website of the Japan Wood Research Society.


・Please make sure that the titles of abstract and presentation application are consistent.
・Please prepare the abstract correctly according to the guideline and template. The editorial committee does not check or modify the manuscript.
・In principle, we do not respond to requests for date and time of oral presentation.
・We accept each presentation as independent, so serial presentation is not supported. Please confirm that your presentation title and content are not in the form of serial presentation.
・You can modify your submission until 17:00 (JST) on 6th Jan., 2022 at the abstract submission page.
