Instructions for ContributorsOral presentationThe International Hall is equipped with a video projector. The local committee recommends the participants to bring their own computer to present the paper. The committee will prepare a PC in which PowerPoint 2003 software is installed. The participants who can not bring their own computer should record the file on a CD-ROM or a flash memory. Time limits for speakers are as follows: Speakers who wish to present their paper by OHP or slide projector, are asked to contact the local organizing committee. Poster presentationThe poster boards are 180 cm high by 90 cm wide; please ensure that your poster conforms to these dimensions. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. Authors are encouraged to bring a small photograph of themselves to attach it at the top left of their poster. Materials must be attached to the panels, preferably with pushpins or thumbtacks. Presenters should bring their own material of attaching posters; nothing will be available on site. No tape, paste or other adhesive may be used to attach posters, nor any method, which will permanently damage the panels. The poster session will take place in the University Clock Tower Centennial Hall 3 on Saturday. All posters must be placed on December 2nd between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and be removed soon after the session. Poster panels will be disassembled soon after the session and remaining posters will be discarded. AbstractAll participants intending to present a paper (oral or poster) should send an abstract according to the following instructions. Abstracts without paid registration fee will not be included in the program. The abstract must contain title of paper, author(s), institution/company, complete mailing address with the name of corresponding person, e-mail address, and abstract within 500 words.
