The withdrawal from the JWRS will be approved by the Board of Directors of the Society and notified in the Society's Notice in Mokuzai Gakkaishi. No letter will be sent to individuals.
Annual membership dues shall be payable by the beginning of each fiscal year. If a member has no intention of renewing the membership in next fiscal year, he/she shall submit a notice of withdrawal to the Society Office by the deadline notified by the Society.
The members from whom no payment is received by the beginning of a fiscal year will receive no journal issues for the fiscal year, and their membership will automatically terminate at the end of the fiscal year if no payment is received throughout the year.
Membership of the JWRS is on a fiscal year basis, from April 1 to March 31. If a notice of withdrawal that states the mid-year date is submitted, we will stop sending journal issues from the next month of the date stated (no refund of the membership dues).
